Dyna Plast (India)

We are located at number 61 in Phase-II of the Badli Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty standard spot for a business like Dyna Plast (India). The building itself has seen better days, but it serves our purpose for plastic manufacturing. Inside, you’ll find the molding machines taking up most of the room. We work with different types of resins and polymers, so there is usually a distinct smell in the air when the machines are running hot. It’s a bit of a process to get the settings right for each batch, and we spend a lot of time adjusting the molds. Our crew is small, mostly locals who live nearby. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales force. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks in the estate. The inventory piles up in the back near the loading area, and sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders are being prepped at once. We use a lot of manual checks to make sure the parts aren't warped or flawed. It's repetitive work, but it needs to be done right. We keep a pot of tea going in the small break room for when anyone needs a breather. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on making the plastic components and keeping the machines maintained so we don't have too many breakdowns.
