Stirling Cryogenics India Pvt. Ltd. is located on the first floor of Manish Plaza, which is at Plot No. 25 in Sector 20, Dwarka. Being on the first floor is nice because we can see what's happening in the plaza without having to climb too many stairs. The office is where we handle all the technical side of things involving cryogenic systems and machinery. It’s a bit of a niche area, so we often have parts and components sitting around on the workbenches. The space is practical and focused on the job at hand. Dwarka Sector 20 is a good location for us, as it’s easy enough for people to find once they get into the plaza. We aren't really into the fancy office decor; we prefer having tools and manuals within reach. Most of the staff has been here for a good amount of time, so there is a lot of shared knowledge floating around the room. Sometimes we have meetings to discuss technical issues, but mostly we just get on with the work. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though you might hear the sound of someone testing a piece of equipment now and then. We take our tea breaks together, which is a good time to catch up on things that aren't about work. It’s a steady, reliable kind of place where we just focus on doing our bit with the technology we manage.
