Auxilink Projects Machinery Private Limited

Our office is located on the second floor over in Palam Extension, right behind Maxford School in Sector 7, Dwarka. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we’ve been here at Auxilink Projects Machinery Private Limited for some time now. Being near a school means it gets pretty lively around the time classes let out. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of project files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at diagrams for different types of machinery. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don't really do the corporate thing where everyone wears ties; it’s more of a jeans and shirts kind of place. Some days are just filled with endless emails and trying to track down parts from suppliers who aren't always easy to reach. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. Everyone here knows what they’re supposed to be doing, so we don't really have a lot of meetings. We just get our coffee and get to work. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. If things get too stressful, we might take a quick break outside, but usually, we’re just hunkered down at our desks until it’s time to go.
