We are located at T-429 in Baljeet Nagar West, which is part of the larger Patel Nagar area in New Delhi. Dtdc Courier & Cargo Ltd has been a fixture here for some time now. Our space is usually filled with boxes of all shapes and sizes waiting to be sent out to different parts of the country. It is a busy environment where the door is always opening and closing with people bringing in their packages. We do not have a lot of space for fancy decorations because every corner is needed for storing cargo. The staff here knows the routine well; we weigh things, label them, and get them onto the right manifest. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak hours in the late afternoon when everyone is trying to hit the shipping deadlines. We just put our heads down and get the work finished. We have a small desk for customers and a lot of metal shelving in the back. The air gets a bit dusty from all the cardboard boxes, but that is just how it is in this business. We do not spend money on big advertisements; we just rely on being here every day and doing what we are supposed to do. It is a straightforward operation, and we like it that way. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the names of the regulars who come in every week with their shipments.
