We are located at B-101 in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-I, in New Delhi. It’s a busy place with a lot of warehouses and factories nearby. Our office is constantly full of packages and cargo that need to go to different parts of the country. We don't have a fancy reception area because we need every inch of space for the goods. Most of our time is spent sorting through boxes and checking the labels to make sure everything is correct. It’s loud out on the street with trucks coming and going all day long. We’ve been at this address for quite a while and we know the local industrial scene very well. The staff here is used to the fast pace. We don't really have time for long meetings or polished speeches. We just get the cargo moved. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets a bit much, but we just keep moving. It’s a very hands-on job. We deal with everything from small letters to heavy crates. The paperwork is always there, but we try to keep it under control. People in Naraina know where to find us when they have something that needs to be shipped out. It’s just a regular, hard-working office where we focus on the task at hand. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just handle the courier and cargo work day in and day out.
