Our place is at I 87 in Sarojini Nagar, which most people know as a huge market area in New Delhi. It gets really crowded around here, especially on the weekends, but we are tucked away enough to get our work done. Being in the -23 zone means we are right in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of logistics stuff, mostly just making sure boxes and crates get where they need to be on time. The office is usually full of the smell of tea and the sound of people typing. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have old files stacked up and some uncomfortable chairs, but it works for us. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how the system works. Dealing with Delhi weather is part of the job, whether it’s the heat or the rain making the roads a mess. We don't really put out fancy ads or try to sound like a big multinational. We just focus on the task at hand. If a customer calls, they talk to a real person, not a machine. We find that things just run smoother that way. The streets around Sarojini Nagar can be a bit of a maze if you don't know them, but we’ve got it down to a science by now. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work every single day.
