We’ve been here at Nagin Lake Appat in Paschim Vihar for a while now. It’s a first-floor spot, number 37 to be exact. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving heavy machinery parts up and down isn't always the easiest job, but we make it work. Most days it’s just us surrounded by moulds and various machine pieces. The apartment complex is usually busy with people coming and going. Sometimes it gets quite loud when the machines are being tested or when we’re packing things up to send out. We’ve got a small team. Someone is usually handling the paperwork while the rest of us are looking at designs or checking the finished moulds. Paschim Vihar is a good area, though traffic on the main road can be a headache in the evenings. We keep the place organized as much as we can, though with all the metal bits and tools lying around, it tends to get a bit cluttered by Friday. People know us in the building. It’s not a fancy office with big glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. We deal with all sorts of machinery requests. Sometimes the orders are small, other times they take weeks of planning. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the parts fit right and the customers are happy when they pick up their stuff. It's honest work.
