We are set up in the Jankidevi Complex, specifically on Street-12/L in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. This area is very close to the airport and the main highways, which is why we chose to be here. It is always busy, with planes flying overhead and trucks rumbling by constantly. Our office is a functional space where we manage our daily tasks. We don't go in for anything fancy. There are some desks, a few computers, and a lot of people moving around. Being in Mahipalpur means we are always on our toes because things move fast around here. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different carriers and making sure all the customs and transport details are sorted out. It can be a lot of pressure, especially when there are deadlines to meet, but we have a good rhythm going. Our staff knows the area well, and they know how to navigate the local bureaucracy. We don't have any big corporate slogans hanging on the wall. Instead, we have reminders of what needs to be done today. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always something that needs attention. It’s a gritty, real-world business, and we are just here to do our part in keeping things moving through the city. No polished marketing materials are needed for what we do because the work speaks for itself at the end of the day.
