Dolphin Inn

Dolphin Inn is located over at D-982 in New Friends Colony. This part of New Delhi is a bit different from the really crowded center, but it still has its own pace. We are in a residential-feeling block and it’s a fairly quiet spot most of the time. The house number is easy to see from the street. We’ve got a small team here that looks after the place. It’s mostly just making sure guests have what they need and the place stays clean. We don’t have a big lobby or a lot of staff in uniforms. It’s more like a regular house that’s been set up to take in travelers. Usually, the mornings start with getting things organized and checking the schedule. New Friends Colony is a nice area to walk around in, so we see people heading out early. We don't do much advertising because we mostly rely on people finding us through the address. It’s a practical place to stay if you don't want to be in the middle of a noisy hotel district. The rooms are simple and we try to keep things honest. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb goes out, but we fix it as soon as we can. It’s just how running a small inn goes. We like the neighborhood and the people who come through. It’s a steady way to live and work in the city. We keep the keys ready and wait for the next knock. It is just a simple place for travelers passing through Delhi.
