Divya Music Center

We’ve been here at B 360 on Vasant Kunj Main Road for a good while now. It’s mostly just us and the instruments every day. People from around the neighborhood drop by when they want to learn a bit of guitar or maybe some keyboard. We aren't a big fancy academy or anything like that. It’s just a space where the windows are usually open and you can hear someone trying to get a scale right. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the drums are going, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We spend a lot of time tuning things and making sure the strings aren't rusty. The shop isn't huge, but there's enough room for a few students to sit down and practice without bumping into each other. Most of the kids come after school, so the afternoons are always the busiest part of our day. We just try to keep the place tidy and make sure everyone gets their turn on the bench. It’s a simple setup, really. If you walk past the main road, you’ll probably see the sign hanging out front. We keep the doors open through the week. It’s just what we do here, day in and day out, helping people get a feel for the music without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen a lot of people start from scratch and slowly get better over the months.
