Divanshi Insurance Solutions is based in Rohini North-West. We spend most of our time dealing with insurance paperwork and talking to people about their different options. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We have an office that’s basically just a couple of rooms with desks and computers. Rohini is a big area, but we’ve been in this specific spot for a while now. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy carpets. It’s just a practical workspace. We talk to people in plain English and try to explain how the policies work without using all that confusing jargon. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or filling out forms on the computer. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. We have a small corner where we keep a coffee machine, though it’s seen better days. We don't have a huge team. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the area well and we like being here. People stop by when they have a problem or need to update something. We just sit down with them and get it handled. There’s no big mission or anything like that. We just provide a service that people in the area need. It’s a steady business and we’re happy to keep it that way. We just keep things moving along every day.
