Our office is at F-244, Delta -1, 7th Cross Avenue in Greater Noida. Dhl Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd is based here, away from the main crush of central Delhi. It’s a bit more spread out in this area compared to the city. We have a decent-sized space where we manage our logistics operations. It’s not a shiny corporate building. It’s just a functional office. We deal with a lot of shipping and transport coordination. The roads out here are a bit better for the trucks, but there’s still plenty of work to do. We spend our time on the computer or talking to warehouse staff. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and delivery dates. We don’t have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just do the work. The office atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. Most of us have been working in logistics for years, so we know the routine. We don't try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a group of people making sure cargo moves from point A to point B. Sometimes there are hiccups with the transport, and we just have to figure it out. It’s about problem-solving every day. We don't use flashy language. We just tell people what’s happening with their shipments and get on with the next task. That’s how we operate in Greater Noida.
