We run our operations for Dhl Lemuir Logistics Pvt Ltd out of Shakti Appts in Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi. Our office is specifically located on Plot 18. It’s a relatively quiet part of Dwarka, which is nice when you have a lot of paperwork to get through. We do logistics, so our days are filled with coordinating shipments and making sure everything is moving the way it should be. New Delhi is huge, and being out here in Dwarka helps us manage things on this side of the city. We are not a very large team. It’s just a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks of tracking packages and dealing with the necessary documents. We don't have a big, fancy lobby with expensive furniture or a receptionist. We just have our desks and what we need to work. People sometimes stop by to ask about their shipments, and we just give them the most direct answer we can. There’s no corporate script here. If a truck is delayed because of a breakdown or bad weather, we tell them exactly that. It’s a very practical way to run things. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, so we know the local area and the people around here quite well. We are just regular people working in the logistics field, doing our best to keep everything on track without making things more complicated than they need to be.
