Dhl Express

We are located at 140-SFS in Mukherjee Nagar, which is a busy part of Delhi-9. It’s a mix of students and families around here, so there is always someone walking past the door. At this Dhl Express branch, we deal with a lot of people sending documents and small packages. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. There are usually stacks of yellow envelopes and boxes waiting to be sorted. The morning starts with a lot of scanning and labeling. It can get a bit frantic when the pickup truck is about to arrive and we have three people in line. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. The office has that specific smell of cardboard and tape. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the place feel a bit stuffy, but we have a small AC unit that tries its best. We don't do anything fancy with the decor; it’s just the standard counters and scales. People come in with all sorts of things they need to get across the country or overseas. We just take the items, check the addresses, and get them on their way. It’s straightforward work. We see a lot of different faces every day, from students sending applications to parents sending gifts. We just stay focused on the labels and the timing to make sure everything leaves on schedule. When the evening truck finally leaves, we get a chance to breathe.
