You can find us on the first floor over at N-114/B in Narayan Nagar, which is part of Laxmi Nagar in Delhi. It's a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street coming up to the office. We spend our days dealing with international shipments and domestic documents. It’s mostly just us sitting behind the desks or handling the parcels that come across the counter. People come in looking to send things halfway across the world, and we have to make sure all the forms are filled out right so customs doesn't have a fit. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. We get a lot of regulars from the local shops around here. Sometimes the couriers are running late because of Delhi traffic, and we just have to wait it out. It gets pretty hectic around the holidays or at the end of the month when everyone is rushing to meet deadlines. We keep the coffee pot going and just keep moving through the pile of packages. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking addresses and making sure labels are stuck on tight. We’ve got the regular routine down now. It's just a matter of getting the boxes into the right bins so they head to the airport on time. That's our daily life here.
