This Dhl Express India Pvt Ltd branch is tucked away in the 1222/7 Extension area of Gurgaon. The staff here are mostly locals who know the shortcuts around the extension to avoid the worst of the traffic. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just picking things up and sending them off. Some days are incredibly hectic with people coming in and out, while others are a bit slower, giving us time to catch up on the paperwork. We drink a lot of chai to keep ourselves going during the long shifts. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a plain structure that fits in with the rest of the street. We aren’t here to win any awards for office design. We just want to make sure the labels are correct and the deliveries are ready for the morning.
