Our office is located in Sector IV of R.K Puram in New Delhi, right on Plot No. 9. This area is mostly known for the government housing, so it has a specific kind of feel to it—very orderly but also quite busy with people going about their business. We are right in the middle of it, and you will see our yellow vans coming in and out all day long. The office itself is a busy place because we are part of the express delivery network, so everything is always on a timer. It’s not a place where people sit around much; we are usually on our feet or busy at the counters. The Delhi heat can be tough in the summer, but we keep the place running regardless. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been in Delhi their whole lives and others who moved here for work. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls; we just have charts and maps to help us get packages where they need to go. Every morning starts with a quick chat about the day's route and any special packages that need extra attention. Lunch usually involves someone going out to get street food or everyone sharing what they brought from home. It’s a very grounded workplace. We just focus on getting the deliveries sorted and making sure the drivers know their routes before they head out into the Delhi traffic.
