I’m over here at C-303 in the Shubham Apartment building. It’s Plot No-13 in Sector-22, Dwarka. It might seem a bit different being in an apartment complex, but this is where we handle the Express side of things for the area. Dwarka is a big place, and Sector-22 is a good spot for us to be based. Mostly, the day consists of sorting out packages and making sure the couriers are on the right tracks. It gets busy, especially in the mornings when everything arrives at once. We’ve got a small setup here, keeping things simple. Adeep Singh handles a lot of the coordination. We aren't a massive warehouse, just a focused point for getting stuff moved quickly. Sometimes people get confused finding the plot, but once you see Shubham Apartment, you’re there. We deal with all sorts of items, from small envelopes to bigger boxes that people need to send out fast. New Delhi-75 is a wide area to cover, so we stay pretty active. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking labels and making sure addresses are correct. If a package is late, we're the ones looking into why. We just try to keep the workflow steady and avoid any major hiccups. It’s just us doing the daily tasks in a quiet part of Dwarka. We spend a lot of time on our feet and the phone never really stops ringing during business hours. We just take one parcel at a time and try to keep things organized.
