We are located at 60 D Dda Flat in Pandav Nagar, which is over in West Patel Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s got a different feel than the big commercial parks. Working out of a DDA flat means space is a bit tight, but we make it work for our daily operations. There is always something happening on the street outside, kids playing or people heading to the market. Inside, we are mostly focused on the delivery schedules and the stacks of mail that need sorting. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we know the regular customers who drop by. Delhi traffic is always a headache, so a lot of our time is spent just talking to the drivers on the phone to see where they’ve gotten stuck. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished lobby. It’s just a place with some desks, a few printers, and a lot of energy. We try to stay organized, though it’s easy to get buried in paperwork when things get busy during the holidays. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the packages get to the right door in New Delhi. It’s been our base for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building and the local neighborhood.
