Dhawan Packers & Movers is based out of Mahipalpur, near the Kapashera Border. We are situated behind Suryanagar. If you know where the Pawan Service Station is, we are quite close to that. This part of New Delhi is always moving, which I guess is good for a packing business. We spend most of our time dealing with boxes, tape, and bubble wrap. It’s messy work and your hands get dirty. The office is usually full of packing materials waiting to be used. Moving people's houses is a lot of heavy lifting. We see a lot of families coming and going. The border area is always packed with trucks, so it can be a bit of a headache getting in and out sometimes. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to load a truck properly so nothing breaks. It is a simple setup. We take down addresses, figure out how many laborers we need, and get to work. It’s not a glamorous life, but people always need to move their stuff. The dust around Mahipalpur is something you just learn to live with. We have a small space where we keep the records and talk to people who drop by. It’s basic, but it works for what we do every day. There is always something that needs packing or a truck that needs to be checked.
