Dhampure Specility Sugar Ltd.

We have an office at 24, School Lane. It is right near the Wtc on Barakhamba Road in Connaught Place. Being in the middle of Delhi means it is always loud and crowded outside. We do specialty sugar, which is a bit different from what you usually see in the grocery stores. It’s a niche business and we have been at it for quite a while. The office isn't very big but it is where all the planning happens. We spend most of our time on the computer or talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes people drop by to see samples, but it is mostly just us doing the paperwork. Connaught Place is a busy area, so getting to work can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We try to keep things simple and not get caught up in all the corporate noise. It is just a business trying to provide something specific that people want. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just make sure the orders are right and the sugar gets to where it needs to go. The building on School Lane is a bit older, which gives it some character I guess. We take our lunch breaks at the small stalls nearby. It is a fast-paced environment but we’ve found our own rhythm over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
