Our office is in Tewari House on Pusa Road. We take up rooms 101, 102, and 103. Pusa Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people heading to the metro. It is a central spot in Delhi, which makes it easy for people to find us, but it’s definitely noisy. We do medical supplies and have been at this address for quite a long time. The building is older, with thick walls and those heavy doors. We don't have any modern art or sleek furniture. It’s mostly just wooden desks, metal cupboards, and a lot of paper files. We handle phone calls from hospitals and clinics all day. Sometimes we have demo equipment sitting in the middle of the room because we ran out of shelf space. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we have and when we can send it. The staff usually eats lunch together, talking about the heat or the latest news. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide the equipment people ask for. If you visit, you’ll probably find us busy with a stack of invoices or checking a shipment that just arrived. It’s simple work done by regular people in a busy part of the city.
