Desire Hostels & Tours Private Limited

We are located in Shivalik Colony, right on the ground floor at C-13. It’s a nice enough area in New Delhi. We call ourselves Desire Hostels & Tours Private Limited. Most of the time, we’re busy cleaning up rooms or talking to people about where they want to go next. It’s a mix of a hostel and a small travel desk. We get people coming from all over the world. The ground floor is good because people don’t have to lug their heavy bags up many stairs. We have a few beds and a small area where we sit and plan trips. It’s not a five-star hotel. It’s more like staying at a friend’s house for a few nights. We do the laundry ourselves and make sure there’s always water in the filter for everyone. Shivalik is a bit quieter than the main city parts, which is good for sleeping. We spend a lot of time on the phone booking buses or trains for our guests. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big group arrives at once without a call. We just try to keep everyone happy and get them on their way safely. The colony has some nice trees and it’s a decent place to take a walk in the evening. We aren't some big travel agency. It’s just us here at C-13 G/F. We like meeting the travelers and hearing their stories while we work. It keeps things interesting for us in this part of North East Delhi.
