Most people think we would be right at the terminal, but our office for this section is actually in Lajpat Nagar-4. We are on the third floor of C-179 in Dayanand Colony. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here. Getting a parking spot is a nightmare most mornings, so many of us take the metro or a rickshaw. The office itself is pretty plain. We handle a lot of the administrative and back-end stuff that keeps airport operations running. It’s a lot of data entry, checking regulations, and making sure the legal side of things is handled. Because it is an airport company, things never really stop. Even though we are in Dayanand Colony, we are always thinking about what’s happening on the runways and in the hangars. We have piles of folders and old printers that groan when they work. It is a very normal Delhi office environment. We aren't here to give sales pitches. We just have a lot of work to get through every day. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that's usually the highlight. We focus on the details because in aviation, the small things matter a lot. It is just a bunch of us working hard in a small building in South Delhi, trying to keep everything moving as it should. It can be a long day, but we get the job done without making a big fuss.
