Our spot is at Flat No.C5/5 in Sahyadhri Apartments, located in Sector 12 of Dwarka. It is a quiet enough place compared to the actual airport, which is lucky for us. Even though the name says Delhi International Airport Ltd., this particular office is tucked away in a residential building. We spend our days handling various bits of paperwork and coordination that keep things running behind the scenes. Dwarka is a well-planned area, so getting to the office isn't too much of a headache for the staff living nearby. We have some desks, some computers, and usually a pot of tea going somewhere. It is not the kind of place where you will find luggage carousels or boarding gates, just people working on schedules and logs. Sometimes the internet acts up or we have to wait on someone to call us back from the main terminal, but we get through the pile of tasks eventually. We have been in this sector for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It feels more like a home office than a big institution. We do not have fancy lobbies. Instead, we have a regular door and a few chairs for visitors. It is a lot of staring at screens and making sure the data matches up with what is happening out on the runways. We just keep our heads down and do the work required to keep things moving. It is steady work and we do it carefully.
