Dektron India Pvt Ltd is based at C-63 in the DDA Complex in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase - 1. We are right there among a lot of other small and medium businesses. The DDA Complex isn't the newest building, but it serves us well for what we do. We’ve been here for quite some time, focusing on our daily operations. Our office and workspace are usually busy with people checking parts or filling out paperwork. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our effort goes into just making sure the business keeps running smoothly day after day. Okhla Phase 1 is a tough place to work sometimes because it's so crowded, but it’s also where the action is. We have a small, dedicated team. Everyone knows their job, so there isn't much need for constant supervision or big meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to provide a decent service and keep our customers happy. Sometimes the tea lady is late, or the printer jams, but we just take it in stride. It’s a very human way of working. We value being reliable and just being there when someone needs something. It’s a straightforward life at Dektron, focused on the practical side of things in the heart of the industrial area.
