Deepta Bakery Products India Private Limited is situated on the ground floor of house 16/1151 in Sangam Vihar. This part of South Delhi is very densely packed, so we are right in the middle of everything. We are a bakery business, which means our schedule is pretty different from most people. We’re often at work while the rest of the city is still sleeping. Our space is filled with the smell of baking bread, but it’s also quite dusty from all the flour we use. It’s not a clean, polished showroom. It’s a working kitchen where things get messy. We don’t have a corporate structure or big marketing plans. We just focus on making our bakery products day in and day out. Sometimes the ovens act up or we run out of a certain ingredient, and we have to scramble to fix it. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the heavy lifting. The ground floor location is good for getting supplies in, but it can get pretty loud with all the people walking by outside. We aren't trying to be a famous brand. We just want to provide good stuff for the local market and earn our keep. We don’t have a fancy website or a mission statement. We just show up every day, get our hands dirty, and try to make sure the batches come out as they should. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us very busy.
