Daya Memorial Hospital

You can find us in Munirka Village, tucked away at 210/A on Dr. Kapur Wali Gali. It is a narrow little lane, much like many of the other streets in this village area, so it can be a bit of a tight squeeze if you are trying to drive a car back here. Most people who come to see us just walk because they live right in the neighborhood. The hospital has been a fixture in Munirka for a very long time, and the building definitely shows its age in some spots, but it is very sturdy. We are located right in the middle of everything, surrounded by family houses and small local shops. It can get pretty noisy during the day with all the shouting and activity in the Gali, but once you step inside the hospital, it is a bit more hushed. We deal with everything from minor scrapes to more serious health issues for the local residents. Our rooms are very basic and functional, meant for helping people get better rather than for looking fancy. Dr. Kapur Wali Gali is easy to find if you just ask any of the people who have lived here for a while. We have a lot of history in this building, and many local families have been coming here for several generations. The stairs are well-worn from years of use, and the benches are just simple wood.
