Day Bakers Food Product Private Limited

Our bakery is located at House Number 55 in Block-S, Phase-1 of the Badli Industrial Area. It’s more of a production unit than a storefront where you’d sit down for coffee. We spend our nights and early mornings baking bread and other items so they are ready for the morning deliveries. The ovens stay hot pretty much all the time, which is nice in the winter but a bit much during the Delhi summers. We started out small and slowly added more equipment as we could afford it. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working bakery with flour on the floors and the smell of yeast in the air. We’ve had our share of problems, like when the old mixer broke down right before a big order was due. Those are the days that test your patience. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just bake food and sell it to local shops and vendors. The industrial area can be a bit grim, but inside our walls, we are just focused on getting the dough right. Our team is a mix of experienced bakers and some younger guys learning the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest bakery in the city, just a reliable one that does its job every single day. That is who we are at Day Bakers.
