Our shop is tucked away at 48/42, Street 7 in Nai Basti. Being in Anand Parbat, it’s always a bit noisy and crowded, but that’s just how it is here. We’ve been handling electronics for a long time. It started as a small project and turned into a daily routine. There are wires and components all over the place inside, so it’s not exactly a showroom. We spend most of our time at the workbenches. If you’re looking for something specific, you might have to give us a minute to find it in the back. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Delhi. We just want to fix what’s broken or find the right part for someone who needs it. Street 7 is a narrow one, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Most people who come to see us are from the neighborhood or nearby. We know their names and what they usually need. It isn't a high-tech operation with shiny floors. It’s just a place where we work with our hands and try to figure out why things aren't turning on. We take things as they come. If a job is tough, it takes a bit longer. That’s just the reality of dealing with old and new gadgets every single day. We don't bother with fancy displays or sales talk. We just get to the point and do the job that’s right in front of us.
