Pro Leather

We have been here at Daryaganj for a while now, specifically on the first floor of building 4626/18 along Ansari Road. If you know the area, we are just by the fire station. It’s a busy part of town but we like it here because everyone knows where to find us. At Pro Leather, the day usually starts early with rolls of material coming in and orders being sorted out. We handle a lot of different leather items. It is mostly just us working through the piles of stock and making sure things get sent to the right places. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so carrying the heavy hides up can be a bit of a workout every morning. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we get things done. People come by mostly because they know we have been in this spot for years. Daryaganj has a lot of history and we feel like a small part of that. There is always noise from the street and the fire engines occasionally, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just focus on the leather work and keeping things moving. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with scraps and samples everywhere, but that is just how a real workshop looks when people are actually working. We are just a local team doing our daily job here.
