We are located at 23A/1B in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Tilak Nagar is a very lively part of town, and being right in the middle of it means there’s never a dull moment. Our office is pretty small, but it’s packed with everything we need to run an express delivery service. We have shelves piled with packages and a counter where we talk to people. It’s often a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We’ve been here for a while, and the local shopkeepers all know us. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just have some basic furniture and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. Every morning starts with sorting through what came in overnight. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and scanning labels. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so it’s mostly a come-and-go kind of place. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we have a small cooler that helps a little. It’s an honest day’s work in a busy part of Delhi. We just focus on getting the packages where they need to go without making things complicated.
