Dance Group

Wait, I'm at Dilshad Garden. A-6/P-2. It's just a spot where people meet up to move. Nothing fancy. We've got floors and mirrors. The traffic around here can be a bit much sometimes, but once you're inside, it's just about the music. We started Dance Group because there wasn't much else around this part of the garden for people who wanted to just move around. We don't have those fancy reception desks or a lot of staff in suits. It’s mostly just us. Sometimes the music is too loud, sometimes we forget to change the water bottle right away, but we're here every day. It's a local thing. People walk over from the nearby blocks. You see the same faces every week. It feels like a small community. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a dance space. If you're looking for a glossy brochure, we don't have those. We have a schedule taped to the door and some fans that work most of the time. It gets hot in the summer, but that’s Dilshad Garden for you. We just keep the doors open and let people do their thing. It’s a simple setup. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a place to show up and spend an hour or two away from the street noise outside at A-6/P-2.
