We’ve been here at B-102 in the Kirti Nagar warehouse area for quite some time now. D. M. Patel & Co. isn’t a big fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done every day. Most of the people around here know us because we’ve been part of the local market for years. It gets busy on these streets, especially with all the trucks moving in and out of the Whs section, but we like the pace. Some days are slower than others, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the daily orders and make sure things move along without too much fuss. It’s a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty straightforward here. You won’t find us using big words or having long meetings. We just open up the shutters in the morning, check what needs doing, and get to it. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we manage. If you’re walking through Kirti Nagar, you’ll see our sign. We keep our tools ready and the floor clear as much as possible. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of what the customers need right then. No one here wears a suit, that’s for sure. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the noise and dust of the market. It’s what we know and what we’ve done for a long time. It works for us. Still here every morning.
