We've been at C-50 in Preet Vihar for a while now. It's just a first-floor office, nothing fancy. People around here know us as Cyno Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Dealing with medicines and stuff takes up most of our time. It’s busy, especially with the stairs and all the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when shipments come in. We just try to get things done. It’s a local spot, not a big shiny tower. The neighborhood is okay, a bit noisy during the day. We’ve seen the street change quite a bit since we started. Most days are just about checking orders and making sure the labels are right. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away. It's a job like any other. Preet Vihar has a lot of shops, so we fit right in. We don't really do big ads or anything. Most of our work is behind the scenes. The office has old desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the daily tasks. If you come by, you’ll see us working. We don’t have a big reception area or coffee machines for visitors. It’s just us doing what we need to do. It’s been this way for years. We keep the files organized as best as we can. It’s a lot of manual work. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. We're usually too busy with the phones.
