Our setup is located down in Okhla Phase-1, which is always a bit of a mess with all the trucks and workers moving around. We are actually inside the Airtel Warehouse at D-91/5. If you know Delhi, you know Okhla is the place where everything happens if you’re moving goods. It's dusty and loud most of the time, but it’s where we need to be. We handle the logistics side of things, basically making sure boxes get on the right trucks and out the door on time. The warehouse is big, and there is always something being loaded or unloaded at the bays. It gets really busy in the afternoons when everyone is trying to beat the evening traffic. New Delhi heat is no joke in the warehouse, but we keep the fans going. We don’t spend much time on fancy emails; we’re mostly on the phone with drivers or checking the clipboards. It’s a straightforward operation. Sometimes the gates get blocked or there’s a delay at the terminal, but we just deal with it as it comes. Being in Phase-1 means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. It’s not the quietest office, but for logistics, it works perfectly. We’ve been here at this Okhla spot for a good bit now and we know the layout of the area like the back of our hands. It's just a hardworking warehouse environment.
