Crossroad Logistics Pvt. Ltd. ( A Part Of Om Group)

Our office is located in Sector 53, Noida, on the first floor of building B-38. It’s a decent spot in UP, and being part of the Om Group gives us a bit of a backbone, but Crossroad Logistics Pvt. Ltd. really feels like its own small community here. Noida is always under construction or changing, so our surroundings look different every few months. Inside, it’s pretty straightforward. We have desks, computers, and a lot of files. The work we do is all about the details of moving freight. We don’t spend much time on marketing because our work is mostly done through phones and emails anyway. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused, then suddenly it’s chaos when a big shipment needs rerouting. We handle the ups and downs of the supply chain without making a big deal out of it. Most of us have been in this sector for years, so we don’t get surprised easily anymore. The first floor gets a bit of the street noise, which actually keeps us feeling connected to the world outside. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just making sure that when someone sends something, it actually arrives. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that add up to a big operation. We just take it one day at a time here in Sector 53.
