You can find us at Cross World Associates, located at 16/16 Ali Pur Road in the Anand Vihar area of Delhi. We are near Shyam Nath Marg, which is a part of the city with its own specific rhythm and history. We have been operating from this building for quite a long time now. Our work is pretty straightforward as we mainly focus on logistics and helping people get their items where they need to go. The office is a bit old-fashioned and we like it that way because it is functional and suits our needs. We have a small, dedicated team here that understands the shipping business really well. Trying to manage transport in Delhi requires a lot of patience because the roads are almost always packed with traffic. We spend a lot of our hours on the phone coordinating with drivers and checking on warehouse space. We are not the type of company that uses polished brochures or corporate slogans to get attention. We just do the job and let the work speak for itself. Some days are very loud and busy with the phones ringing constantly, while other days are a bit quieter.
