We are located in Rajouri Garden, specifically in the LIG flats area at JB-6-B-696. It has a very residential feel, but we have our office space tucked away here. It is quite different from the big glass commercial blocks you see elsewhere. You often see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are trying to get through the afternoon work. The space is a little bit tight, being a G-8 unit, but we make it work for us. We have desks tucked into different corners and some wires running along the walls. It is definitely not a showroom. It is just where we do our business every day. Rajouri is a good spot because you can get to almost anywhere in West Delhi pretty fast from this side. We started out small and have stayed that way for the most part. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist waiting out front. You just knock on the door and come on in. We spend a lot of time staring at our computer screens. The light in the morning is actually pretty nice through the front window if the weather is clear. Sometimes we run out of milk or tea leaves and someone has to run down the street to the local market. It is a very local way of doing things. Cp Avant Private Limited doesn’t have a big corporate handbook. We just know what needs doing. It works for us in this corner of West Delhi.
