We are located at 188-E in Pocket-I of Mayur Vihar, Phase-I. Being part of the Country Inn & Suites brand means we have plenty of rooms to look after. It’s a busy building. Every morning, the staff is running around checking on the breakfast setup and making sure the lobby looks alright. It is a lot of work to keep a place like this going day and night. People come from all over to stay here in Delhi. Some are here for work, others are just passing through. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at the front desk. It isn't always perfect, sometimes the elevators are slow or someone forgets their key, but we just get on with it. The neighborhood around Mayur Vihar is quite active, so there’s always something happening outside our doors. We’ve got a lot of windows to clean and floors to mop. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it feeling like a regular place where you can just sit down and relax. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just provide a bed and a place to stay. Our team lives nearby mostly, so we know the area well. It's just a steady job for most of us, making sure the guests have what they need for the night, and that the place stays standing for tomorrow.
