Copious Human Resource Solution Private Limited is based out of the KLJ Tower in Netaji Subhash Palace. Being up on the 1005th floor—well, the 10th floor, room 1005—gives us a bit of a view, though we’re mostly focused on the screens in front of us. This part of Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We handle a lot of the HR stuff that other businesses don't have time for. Things like sorting through piles of applications or helping a company figure out their payroll. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it needs doing. Our team is small, just a handful of people who know how the hiring process works in this city. We moved into this office a bit ago. It still feels a bit new sometimes. We don't really do big ads or fancy presentations. Most of our work comes from people who just know us from around North West Delhi. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours on the phone. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry. But that's just how it is working in a big building like this. We just keep our heads down and get the work done for the clients who rely on us. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being in the middle of all the shops and food places in NSP makes it worth it for the team.
