Rajendra Place is a real hub for business, so it’s always crowded and energetic. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Our main thing is carrying goods across the country. We have a lot of trucks and a lot of people to manage. It gets loud in the office with everyone talking at once. We don't really have a polished corporate image. It’s more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. We deal with all kinds of cargo, from small boxes to big machinery. Delhi weather can be tough, either too hot or too cold, but we keep the operations running regardless. We have a lot of regular customers who have been with us for years. They know where to find us and they know we’ll get the job done. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing. Most of our work comes from people knowing we are reliable. It's a lot of logistics and timing. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in. That’s just the nature of the business. We take pride in just staying steady and keeping the trucks moving every single day without too much fuss. It is hard work but we enjoy it.
