Our office is up on the 9th floor of the Hansalaya Building. If you know Barakhamba Road, you know it gets pretty busy around here. We have been in Connaught Place for a good bit of time now. It is a lot of elevators and long hallways, but 9C is where you will find us. We do industrial work, mostly handling the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things moving. It is not the quietest part of New Delhi, but it is where everything happens. There are about ten of us in the main room most days. We drink a lot of tea and stay on the phones or computers. Being in the center of the city means we can get anywhere pretty fast, which helps. We aren’t some massive corporation with a lobby full of marble and statues. It is just a practical workspace with desks and filing cabinets. Sometimes the traffic downstairs is a nightmare, but that is just life in CP. We deal with suppliers and clients all day. It gets a bit hectic when multiple shipments are moving at once. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the paperwork is filed correctly. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to for a meeting. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It is a solid setup we have built over the years through trial and error.
