Compact Lamps Pvt. Ltd. is located on the 1st Floor of the DLF Galleria Mall in Mayur Vihar Phase-I. Being in a mall like Galleria at unit 125 means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a convenient location for the staff because there are plenty of places to grab food and it’s easy to reach. We’ve been operating from this office for a while now. The space is filled with lamp samples and boxes, as you might expect. It’s a busy environment, especially when we are coordinating shipments or dealing with new designs. We don’t go in for fancy corporate talk or big slogans. We just focus on making sure the lamps we deal with are decent and that the orders get where they need to go. Mayur Vihar is a nice area, and being in Phase-I puts us close to a lot of other businesses. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know each other's names. It's not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We dress for the work we have to do. Sometimes the mall gets really crowded on weekends, but during the week it’s a good place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers. It's just a regular office life for us, trying to keep up with the demand and making sure everything is handled properly without any fuss.
