We are located at house number 27 in Ganesh Nagar Extension-2, right here in Delhi-92. It is a busy residential area so there is always something happening outside the windows while we work. The office isn't very large but it is enough for the team we have. We spend the bulk of our time organizing deliveries and talking to people who need their stuff moved across the city or further out. It gets a bit hectic around mid-day when the couriers are coming and going, but we try to keep things as orderly as we can. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors know us. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in and someone is usually there at a desk working on a computer. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that is just the way logistics is. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we just keep pushing through the pile of work on our desks. Our main goal every day is just to get the shipments processed so they can get on the road. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basics of moving goods and making sure the records are right. It is a lot of coordination and checking things twice, but it is what we do here in Ganesh Nagar.
