Our place is at G-9, Namdhari Chambers, right in the heart of Karol Bagh. It’s a very lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and people everywhere. We are on the ground floor, so it’s easy for anyone to walk in. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the area change quite a bit. We handle a variety of goods and services. The office isn’t anything fancy. We have some old desks, a few chairs, and stacks of ledgers on the shelves. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it’s where we do all our business. We don't spend money on marketing or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve heard about us from someone else in the market. We spend a lot of our time chatting with people who stop by and drinking tea. It’s a very traditional way of working. When the market gets busy, we have to move quickly to keep up with everything. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the books are balanced. We open up early and stay until the evening. It’s just a regular local business life in Karol Bagh. We like being part of the noise and the hustle of the street. It’s a good spot for us.
