Chopra Motor Sale

If you know Kashmere Gate, you know how crowded Gali Rajan Kalan gets on a Tuesday afternoon. Our office, Chopra Motor Sale, is right at 1/453. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but we’ve got enough room for what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with motor parts and talking to drivers who are in a hurry. The area around Puja Sarrif is always loud with horns and people moving heavy stuff, so it’s never a dull moment. We’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. Most mornings involve moving stock around so we can actually walk through the front door. We don't really do the whole fancy showroom thing. It’s more about having what people actually need when they show up at the counter. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit backed up on the desk, but we eventually get through it. People come to us because they know we are right here in the heart of the motor market. It’s a tough business sometimes, keeping track of every little nut and bolt, but we enjoy the fast pace. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the regulars who stop by to check on their orders. It’s simple. We sell what we have, we order what we don’t, and we keep the doors open. It’s just how things go at Kashmere Gate. You learn to work with the space you have.
