Our office is located in the Deepshikha Building at Rajendra Place. We are in suite 204 on the second floor. It’s a very central location, which makes it easy for people to stop by, though the parking in Rajendra Place is always a headache. The office itself is quite functional. We have a row of desks for the staff and a separate area where we keep all the records. It’s not a very big space, but we’ve made the most of it by using tall shelves. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical specs and customer queries. The building is one of those older commercial blocks, so it has a lot of character, even if the hallways are a bit dark. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, but mostly we focus on what’s inside. There’s usually a stack of files waiting to be processed on the main table. We don't go in for anything fancy like designer furniture. Everything we have is built to last. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day to keep ourselves going. It’s a steady environment where we know exactly what needs to be done each morning. Most of our visitors are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
