Chetak Logistics Ltd

Our office is on the ground floor of Wz-36 in Ratan Park. It is right opposite Kirti Nagar, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside from the street. We deal with logistics, which mostly means we spend our time on the phone with drivers and tracking where the trucks are currently located. It involves a lot of daily coordination. The space we have here is okay. We have enough room for the desks and all the files we need to keep for the records. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot throughout the afternoon, but that is just part of being in Ratan Park. We have been operating from this New Delhi spot for a while now. It is a very practical setup. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just calendars and some maps of the various routes we use for the deliveries. It gets especially busy during the morning hours when everyone is trying to get their loads moved out. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep going. The area is very familiar to us and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It is not a very complicated business, just moving things around for folks who need it. We handle the paperwork so they do not have to worry about it. Sometimes the heavy rain makes things slow down, but we just keep at it. Just a regular local business doing its thing.
