Our shop is tucked away in Kucha Mahajani, which is right in the heart of Chandni Chowk. We are on the ground floor at number 1180/15, quite close to the Shiv Mandir. If you know that temple, you won't have any trouble finding us. We deal with all sorts of gems and have a small lab setup here too. Chandni Chowk is always loud and crowded, but inside the shop, it’s a bit more focused. We spend our time looking at stones and testing things out. It’s been our spot for a long time. The space isn't very big, but we have everything we need to do our work properly. Sometimes the lane gets really narrow when there are delivery carts passing through. We usually have tea brewing and some papers spread out over the counter. People come to us when they want to check a stone or see what we have in stock. We don't do much in terms of advertising, word of mouth mostly brings people in. It's a traditional kind of business. We see a lot of different people every day, from collectors to folks just curious about what they found. The lab work takes up most of our morning hours. It’s a busy life here near the temple, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Just a regular business doing honest work in a historic part of the city. We keep things simple and focus on the stones we have.
